Riverside House is the headquarters for UK based communications regulator Ofcom. The government-approved competition and communications regulator has a wide-ranging powers overlooking the television, radio, telecoms and postal sectors.
The building, located next to Southwark Bridge on the Thames in the heart of London, was revamped to transform the buildings services and space conditioning to a more energy efficient and visually pleasing solution. Over 500 of Frenger's X-Wing Radiant / Convective Passive MSCB units were chosen for the project to achieve their project goals.
